  • Handled with care to eliminate the stress and illness that requires antibiotic medications. Once enrolled in our production system, our cattle receive no hormonal implants. In addition, any ill animal treated with antibiotics will not be sold as Green River beef.
  • USDA guaranteed quality beef, federally inspected and federally graded. We supervise the local harvesting and processing to meet the safety and quality standards required by our gourmet beef.
  • Natural beef packaged without additives or preservatives. Our beef is minimally processed with no coloring agents, no chemical tenderizers and no flavor enhancements.
